Ready to go

DAY 1

Left home on Friday 15th making our first stop at Tuggerah (last minute supplies) then up through Singleton heading towards Cobar.  Stopped at a little rest area for lunch then continued on.  We hadn't been driving long before we heard a loud scraping noise coming from behnd the car. 

INCIDENT 1 : the jockey wheel had come loose and was dragging along theground.  How lucky were we , it didn't dig into the road. No major damage.

INCIDENT 2 : Went to put the hazzard lights on and they wouldn't come one.



Mendorran Rest Area

 Countryside is very flat, haven't seen any kangaroo's as yet.  Stopped at Mendorran Rest Area for the night.  Lovely big area.  Had our first open fire.
